Robert Treat was born in Anchorage, Alaska in 1969 and adopted at birth by an oil driller and his wife and moved to Malta when he was a week old. Robert spent most of his childhood traveling all over the world and lived in Africa, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Norway, Trinidad, Borneo, Scotland and several other countries. Robert left high school at age 17 and immediately enlisted in the Marine Corps. Prior to leaving for basic training his recruitment was transferred to the United States Navy due to extremely high testing scores. He was initially trained as an Operations Specialist and later went on to become an instructor for Anti-Submarine Warfare specializing in Target Motion Analysis. Following his short career in the Navy Robert went on to work in the private sector as a contractor for several Government Intelligence and Law Enforcement Agencies. He was contracted to many Special Access Programs specializing primarily in Project and Finance Management. I was an abductee from a very early age although to me it felt more like a rescue than an abduction. I was adopted under unusual circumstances and it wasn’t until much later in life that I learned the full details and bizarre chain of events that permeated throughout my life. My experiences with other worldly beings was dramatically different than those that others seemed to have experienced. These encounters became a regular part of my childhood up until age 16.
My home life was extremely abusive and I dropped out of high school when I was 17. Little did I know the life of orchestrated serendipity that lay before me. I became a homeless teenager and on a cold winter night I was invited into a Marine Corps recruiting office to get warm. I was naive to recruiter tactics at the time. I ended up enlisting in the Marine Corps that night. The following day I went back to the office and was told to wait because someone wanted to talk to me. A U.S. Navy Senior Chief came strolling in and informed me that he was taking my enlistment away from the Marines and transferring me to the Navy and that I would be going to Great Lakes for Basic Training. He also offered 2 options for A-School. I initially chose Operations Specialist and upon graduation from Basic I went to OS-A School in Damneck, Virginia. OS School was much to easy and I graduated top of my class with very little effort. I was billeted to 7th Fleet and arrived in Pearl just in time for dry dock. This was definitely not what I signed up for. Not long after I arrived I was sent to C School after C school and ended up being an instructor for Advanced Target Motion Analysis Attack Team Trainer within a few months. My military career was fairly standard faire except for the fact that I was constantly performing duties well outside of my rate and rank. I didn’t realize then that I was being watched, evaluated and groomed. Towards the end of my 2nd tour I was befriended by a CIA Officer who I will call Glen. At first it just seemed like a normal friendship; having a beer and just BSing. I enjoyed having a friend who was close to my intellectual equal. A few months into our friendship Glen, who knew I was struggling to support my family on a Navy paycheck, asked if I’d be open to doing some side work.
This side work for Glen soon turned into a full time adventure and I left the Navy to work with Glen. I was given an office in Portland, Oregon on the 42nd Floor of the US Bancorp building and began operating under the name of Pacific Group 5 which I thought was weird because there were only 4 of us. My work with Pac5 primary consisted of inspecting “prototype” technology and making money drops to various scientific and technology projects around the world. The following year I was asked to take charge of a research facility in Montana involving the creation of a then theoretical isotope, Osmium 187. O187 was being developed for the use in Space Based electronics and Battle Armor. At the time we were in fierce competition with the Russians to create the first stable isotope and within 9 months of my taking charge of the project we produced the first gram of stable material. Upon delivery of our first batch of product our lab and base in Montana were abruptly closed and we were placed under a 22 year non disclosure agreement.
